The Arizona Wildfire and Incident Management Academy is a week-long training venue that offers over 45 classes in all levels of wildland fire and incident management training. We are a 501(c) 3 non-profit with our office and academy located in Prescott, Arizona.

Our Mission

The mission of the Arizona Wildfire and Incident Management Academy is to develop professional and safe responses in the wildland/all hazard environment by offering training and education that meets or exceeds the National Wildfire Coordinating Group and FEMA standards.

Our goals, dedication and passion is firefighter safety. That everyone goes home every time. It is the foundation of our organization. The Academy provides the catalyst to bring all-hazard responders together each year to provide quality training and updates on the latest safety protocols. The academy is attended annually by emergency response agencies throughout the country with over 20 states represented each year.
